SMS Terms
Effective August 4, 2026
These terms cover text messages sent by Relaypoint Integration LLC to people who have contacted us. They apply to our business number and to any number we operate on our own behalf.
What the messages are
Customer care, and nothing else. If you call us and we cannot pick up, we may text you back at the number you called from so the conversation can keep moving instead of waiting for a callback. We reply to questions, confirm details, and schedule time to talk. We do not send promotions, newsletters, or offers.
How you opt in
Call or text us at (972) 284-1538. If we miss your call, we will text you back at that number so we can keep helping. Reply STOP any time to opt out. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
That is the whole opt-in. Calling or texting our business number is what gives us permission to reply by text at that number. There is no form, no checkbox, and no list you can be added to. We never buy, rent, or import phone numbers, and we do not message anyone who has not contacted us first.
If you call and do not want a text back, reply STOP to the first message and that is the end of it.
Message frequency
It varies, and it tracks the conversation you started. A typical exchange is a handful of messages over a day or two. When the conversation is finished, the messages stop.
Cost
We do not charge you for text messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your plan and carrier.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. You will get one confirmation that the messages have ended, and then nothing further. STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT all work.
If you opt out and later want to pick the conversation back up, just text us again or give us a call.

Reply HELP to any message for contact information. You can also reach us any time at hello@relaypointintegration.com.
Delivery
Messages depend on your mobile carrier, and carriers do not guarantee delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If something looks like it did not arrive, email us and we will sort it out.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and your consent to receive text messages are never sold, rented, or shared for anyone else’s marketing. Our messaging is carried by Twilio, which receives what it needs to deliver the messages and nothing more. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
