Privacy Policy

Effective August 4, 2026

Relaypoint Integration LLC (“Relaypoint,” “we,” “us”) builds automation and integrations for small businesses. This page explains what information we collect, why we have it, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

The short version

We collect what you send us and what a phone call or text necessarily produces. We use it to answer you and to do the work. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their marketing. There are no advertising trackers on this site.

What we collect

  • When you email us. Your name, your email address, and whatever you choose to write.
  • When you call or text our business number. Your phone number, the time of the call or message, and the content of any text messages you exchange with us. Calls may be answered by an automated assistant.
  • When we work together. Details about your business and its systems that you share so we can build what you hired us to build. This can include access credentials you provide, which we treat as described below.
  • When you visit this site. Standard web server logs kept by our hosting provider, including IP address and page requested. This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party tracking scripts.

Why we have it

To reply to you, to run discovery sessions, to build and support what we agreed to build, to send invoices, and to keep records our accountant and the IRS expect us to keep. That is the whole list.

Text messaging

If you call our business number and we miss you, we may text you back at that number to continue the conversation. You never get texts from us unless you contacted us first: there is no form, no checkbox, and no list.

Message frequency varies and tracks the conversation you started, typically a handful of messages over a day or two. When the conversation ends, so do the messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your plan and carrier. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for contact information. Full details are on our SMS Terms page.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for text messaging, and any consent to receive text messages, are never sold, rented, or shared for anyone else’s marketing. Information may be shared with the service providers below only as needed to deliver the messages themselves.

Who else touches it

We use a small number of outside providers to operate. They only receive what they need to do their job, and they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

  • Twilio carries our phone calls and text messages.
  • Our email and hosting providers deliver our mail and serve this website.
  • Anthropic processes the language understanding behind our automated assistant, where one is used.

Beyond that, we share information only when the law requires it, or when you ask us to.

Client credentials and systems

Integration work sometimes requires access to systems you already run. When it does, credentials are stored in an encrypted password manager, scoped as narrowly as the job allows, and revoked when the engagement ends. We ask you to issue us our own account rather than share yours, so you can cut off access without changing anything else.

How long we keep it

Correspondence and project records stay while we are working together and for as long afterward as tax and business records require, generally seven years. Call and message logs held at Twilio follow their retention. If you want your information deleted sooner, email us and we will do what the law allows.

Your choices

  • Reply STOP to any text message and the texting stops.
  • Email hello@relaypointintegration.com to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information. Ask and we will honor them.

Children

Relaypoint sells to businesses. This site and our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Security

We use encrypted storage for credentials, multi-factor authentication on the accounts that matter, and access limited to the one person doing the work. No system is perfect. If something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
